Join us for worship this Sunday at 11 a.m. as Mark returns from sabbatical. This Sunday we reflect on traveling mercies through the lens of the Parable of the Good Samaritan. As we consider where the way of Jesus leads, the words of Martin Luther King, Jr. illumine the path: I imagine that the first question the priest and Levite asked was: 'If I stop to help this man, what will happen to me?' But by the very nature of his concern, the good Samaritan reversed the question: If I do not stop to help this man, what will happen to him?
