Business Meetings are held quarterly and are open to all.
Once a quarter, the church meets in an open forum called "Business Meeting." At this time, committee reports are given, including a review of the current financial status of the congregation and other church news is presented. Following the democratic process of "Roberts Rules of Order," official business may also be presented, discussed and voted upon. All are welcome to attend, but only members of the church are voting participants.
