God’s Pantry Food Bank - The first Sunday of every month we bring a food item or donations to church to help support the community food pantry.
Irishtown Lunch Bags - The food is assembled by Adams & Eves class members at the Irishtown church every third Monday of the month. CBC contributes worship, labor, and financial support in partnership with the Elkhorn Baptist Association.

Friendship International - Church representatives are Shirley Flynn and Ann Ingram. An Elkhorn Baptist Association sponsored weekly program every Thursday morning from 8:45 - 11:00 at Immanuel Baptist Church (only while school is in session)

Luther Emerson Benevolence Fund - financial aid for acute individual needs in our community; administered by the ministers; contributions are received at each communion service.

Mission Gifts - church budget provides for regular donations to several helping agencies in Lexington.
